Great customer service from Hannah. Thanks for helping me find the perfect fit. I haven’t worn Lulu for years. And it has been a pleasant experience rediscovering this brand. Love the new soft fabrics and hope to see some more fun styles come back.

My recent trip to Lululemon Queen Street had its highs and lows, all thanks to the enigmatic "Star Manager." The encounter began on a sour note when I explained my need to return two pairs of pants with holes. Her condescending attitude and sarcastic remark about it being "right before Christmas" were less than welcoming. To exacerbate matters, her impatience surfaced when she snapped her fingers at me and saying we needed "to be fast". I understand it was right before Christmas but to snap your fingers at me seemed tho be an over the top reaction. The store had 15 customers in it...... However, amidst the frustration, the manager redeemed herself somewhat by assisting me in finding the items I was looking for after the return. The story took an awkward turn during the cash-out process. When I mentioned to the sales associate that the manager seemed "a bit intense", the cashier responded with a curt, "She's our store manager," The awkwardness was palpable, and I couldn't help but feel sympathetic towards the sales associate caught in the crossfire. While the manager's assistance was appreciated, the overall experience raises concerns about the brand's commitment to customer service. It's my hope that this feedback prompts a reconsideration of their approach and ensures a more positive atmosphere for both customers and staff alike.

High-quality products which have lasted several years despite constantly washing them. It makes my body shape, mainly my behind, look better than it actually is. It tucks everything up into the right positions. Totally worth it! I love going into the store to check for new colours/designs, as they seem to be evolving towards a trendier look. Staff are always upbeat, friendly and super helpful, which helps with the experience.

I had a really good experience at the Queen west Lululemon location. It was very busy yet I was still looked after. When I entered, a very friendly gentleman greeted me and directed me to the shoes. Once I decided that I wanted to try some on I looked for him and he was helping at cash, but right away a woman was there to help me. She was friendly and patient, even though they were slammed with customers. She answered all my questions and didn't seem overwhelmed at all. These days it's very hard to find that, so I really appreciate the staff at Lululemon putting in the effort and passion.

Lululemon has outstanding customer service whether it’s online or in store. I love all their leggings and yoga pants! I always come to this location and have a good experience. The garment quality is really good and their items can last for years if cared for properly.

I had a great shopping experience at Lululemon. The store is beautifully designed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They have a fantastic selection of activewear, and the quality is top-notch. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that some items can be a bit pricey. However, the quality and style make it worth the investment. I'll definitely be returning for more athletic wear in the future!

I had a very bad experience with one of the staffs here. The entire time she was impatient. I got a sweater discolored as a gift; got replacement at another store not here. She said no strictly. Girl with red hair. Did not like me for no reason because i did not even talk. The store and the one at Eaton Centre are just horrible to customers like me maybe they like people who are from here more not sure what is the case but i just do not like to talk does not mean I am here to cause trouble dont know why these people look down at me. Sigh. I mean the shirt I was wearing costed almost 200 dollars more expensive than most of your t shirts… sorry this is also wrong to say stop disrespecting people and show on your face please
